The Skinny on the Skinny Brazilian Butt Lift

Sep 14, 2021

We know that a Brazilian Butt Lift is not really a lift, but, instead, an augmentation that smooths, rounds, and tightens the posterior, making it look lifted.

Most people are not looking for a bigger bottom, but, instead, a more shapely bottom. So even slender men and women, would like to have some shapely proportion added to their backside and that is – The Skinny BBL.

The surgeon will liposuction fat, even from a slim person, around the waist, arms, abdomen, back, or inner thigh. Clean the fat and return it into the backside – shaping to create a rounder, fuller backside. When liposuction is performed on a slender person, the needle for extraction is much slimmer as the quantity sought is less and may be taken from various locations. The Skinny BBL is best for patients with those that have a BMI less than 21. The recovery period is very similar to that of a traditional BBL.

“Do you find yourself using pads, booty lift underwear and girdles to give your shape a more curvaceous look?” asks Dr. Eleonore Zetrenne of Lexington Plastic Surgeons. She continues, “Your shape can be improved from squarish – to a more hourglass appearance just through liposculpting. You may not need to be fuller on the bottom, just shapelier, and that is what can be achieved with a Skinny BBL. Your shape can be adjusted with sculpting to create a leaner but shapelier version of you. The goal is less a “Jessica Rabbit” caricature and more a “real self” naturally voluptuous appearance.” This procedure is ideal for those that want to add contour to their figure but do not want to put on a lot of weight.
